CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION |

The One Call Center is open 24 hours per day 7 days per
week. During these hours, the call center staff is available
to process your requests for locating and marking underground
facilities in the vicinity of your excavation.

SERVICE AREA
|
|
The call center staff will process your request for
locating and marking underground facilities anywhere in the
five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau and Suffolk
Counties on Long Island. We will then notify facility owners
who are participating members of our call center. (See our
listing of these members.) Any facility owner who is not a
member of our system will not be notified. (Please note that
although membership is mandatory for all facility owners, not
all facility owners have complied with that requirement.)
